1. Free Quote & Site Survey
We offer a free site survey and no-obligation quotation.
We listen to your requirements and suggest layout options to help plan the project. Once agreed, we measure the area carefully, taking into account groundworks, blocks, drainage, and all site conditions.
You will then receive a fully itemised, personalised quotation, clearly explained so you understand every part of the work.
We never apply pressure for a decision. We understand this is a major investment, and we always recommend getting at least 3 quotes before choosing a contractor. We are confident our service and value stand out.
2. Create a Job Pack
If you accept the quotation, we will arrange a second visit.
We confirm layout, mark out areas, take photos, and collect all required details including colours, edging choices, access, and safety information.
All of this is compiled into a detailed “Job Pack”, used on-site by our team and stored in our system for full project tracking.
Most projects are completed within 1 week. We require no deposits and no upfront payments — payment is only made after completion.
3. Surface Preparation & Power Cleaning
Preparation is essential for a long-lasting resin surface.
We use specialist power cleaning equipment designed to deep clean existing surfaces, identifying any weak areas that standard jet washing may miss.
Once cleaned and repaired if needed, the surface is primed where required to ensure maximum adhesion.
For mixed projects, excavation work is completed first unless site conditions require otherwise.
4. Excavation & Groundworks
Our office planner confirms all start dates and keeps you updated throughout the project.
Once work begins, our team leader reviews the Job Pack with you on-site and confirms the full plan.
We excavate the area to the required depth, install hardcore, drainage, manholes, and edging, and prepare a compacted sub-base.
A tarmac base layer is then installed to specification, leaving the correct depth for resin application.
All work is completed to meet the standards required for our 15-year guarantee.
5. Final Power Clean
Before laying resin, the entire surface is cleaned again to ensure it is perfectly prepared.
This includes surrounding areas, driveways, and nearby streets to keep everything clean and tidy.
We always ensure the site is ready and approved before moving to the final stage.
6. Laying the Resin
Our specialist resin team checks colours, materials, and specifications before starting.
The resin and aggregates are mixed in precise ratios and applied evenly across the prepared surface for a seamless finish.
A fine anti-slip finish is applied during installation to improve grip when wet.
After installation:
- Walkable after 4–6 hours
- Vehicle-ready after 24 hours
